In January, the PTA will start the flocking fun with three houses close to the school. From there, the flock will move every 2 days to homes chosen by those who were flocked. The flocked families will also have a sign in their yard and flyer in their mailbox with a QR code to scan. The QR code will take them to a Givebacks website where the family will identify the new home to be flocked and pay to either move it themselves ($35), or have the PTA move it for them ($50). Families can also pay an additional $20 for insurance to not be flocked again this year.

Families chosen to be flocked will receive a text message from a member of the PTA fundraising committee to give them a heads up that the flock is coming their way along with instructions of what to do next. As needed, the fundraising team will also send text message reminders to complete the Givebacks form and help move the flock on to the next home.

Only homes within the Crieve Hall Elementary School zone can be flocked. If you were flocked last year, we encourage you to choose a different family this year to help ensure new homes get flocked. We want to spread this joy to as many Crieve Hall families as possible.
